Janice Bizley and Francis Hatton, the Catering Franchise Partnership, have a great deal of hospitality and catering experience, and have been at Harewood Downs since May 2000. They are able to offer good value hospitality, in comfortable surroundings with great views, not only to members of Harewood Downs but also to visiting Golf Societies. They are also able to cater for other social events for up to 150 guests, including Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Clubs, and Associations.

Organisers looking to book for Golfing groups and societies should in the first instance contact Simon Thornton the Club Secretary. Couples looking for that special wedding reception are catered for on a personal basis with menus to their taste and requirements.

Societies, Associations, Social and other Sporting Clubs are offered menus to suit their needs from £12.50 per head (for a substantial finger Buffet) to a 4 course Dinner at £28. Wine costs are reasonable, charged at "The Club Price".
